Day care Centers

Entering is limited to fully vaccinated individuals according to the health status in Tawakkalna application (Immune), except for the groups who are not obligated to take the vaccine as appears in Tawakkalna application.

 

First: 12 years or older:

  • All students must be vaccinated with two doses with the approved vaccines in Saudi Arabia.

 

Second: younger than 12 years:

  • Attendance is obligated by 50%, as distributing students into two groups, each group will attend two days a week, with no more than four students per class, and remotely for the other days, provided that a break day (Tuesday) is allocated to disinfected classrooms and common areas.
  • The student’s family and domestic workers must be fully vaccinated with the approved vaccines in Saudi Arabia.

 

Third: the employees and the students’ escorts:

  • All workers and escorts must be fully vaccinated with two doses and prevent unvaccinated individuals from entering. The following must be considered:
  • Unvaccinated students and suffering from chronic respiratory or heart diseases are excluded from the attendance in day care centers for people with special needs, and this includes patients with Down syndrome and those who are excluded according to the concerned authorities.
  • Separate between the first group (12 years) (immune) and the second group (younger than 12 years) (non-vaccinated), whether in service providers or workers and classrooms.
  • Emphasis on the application of health protocols and precautionary measures approved by health authorities.
  • Coordinate with the health affairs in the region if positive cases are registered among students or workers and their directives regarding the continuation of the attendance learning or stopping it based on the results of the epidemiological investigation.
